The Power of Prayer

The power of prayer has been a source of strength and comfort for believers for many generations.

The words of Psalm 140:1, "I cry to you, Father, from the earth, O Father."These words sum up the desperation we can feel in times of need.

The assurance of divine protection helps us to seek security from our Most High God.

The most precious gift is the grace of God's help when we come to Him in prayer. He offers us a refuge where those who seek to do harm cannot penetrate, saving us from their evil designs.

God's grace is available to all, believers and non-believers alike, and as this verse shows, His name is our strength in difficult times.

By invoking the Lord God in prayer, we can count on him to intervene quickly on our behalf!
