Jesus Christ - Unconditional love

Jesus Christ is a central figure for many believers around the world. He was sent into the world by God to reveal the power of His grace and unconditional love. With his arrival, Jesus brought a message of mercy and compassion that touched the lives of those he met. But why was Jesus born? Let's look at some of the reasons why Jesus was born.

The purpose of salvation
Jesus came to earth as the Savior of mankind, to bring final reconciliation and forgiveness between humanity and the Creator (John 3:16). Compared to other religious figures, Jesus stands out for the uniqueness of his mission; he was not sent as a mere teacher or prophet, but as the only Son of God who was to bring salvation to mankind. (John 14:6 Jesus said to him: I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. ) This salvation could only be obtained through faith in Him alone.

Jesus' birth was foretold
Christ's birth was prophesied centuries before his entry into human history. The Old Testament book of Isaiah foretold that a child would be born of a virgin and called Immanuel (Isaiah 7:14). This prophecy was fulfilled when Mary gave birth to her son, Jesus, while in Bethlehem (Matthew 1:23).

The Prince of Peace
In Isaiah 9:6, it is written: For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and dominion shall be upon his shoulder: and he shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Thus, this special child will be called "Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." This prophecy foretells how Jesus will bring peace not only between men, but also between men and their Creator. By accepting Him as Lord and Savior, we can enter into a right relationship with our Creator.

Jesus' coming into this world reveals God's unfailing love for His creation. He wanted us to know that, no matter what mistakes we make or how deep our sin, there is still hope for us through him (Romans 8:1- So now there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.) The purpose of Jesus' birth is to show us God's unlimited mercy and grace so that we can be freed from our sins and one day have eternal life with Him in paradise.

As believers, let us strive to lead a life worthy of God's children!

Glory to God!
