My tongue won't ruin me

Good morning to you,

The Bible says in Proverbs 18:21 that "death and life are in the power of the tongue...".

This suggests that what I say with my tongue is capable of producing either death or life.

A man in the Bible named Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, knew what the tongue can produce when left unchecked. Israel had entered Egypt by God's program, and the people had become slaves... And since God never forgets his children, and since God always finishes what he has started, the time had come for the captivity to end. For all things must come to an end.

Whatever threatens you right now has an end in Jesus Christ's name.

But some people stand in the way. When Pharaoh heard of God's plan to liberate God's people, he made a statement that cost him dearly. Exodus 5: "Who is the Lord, that I should obey his voice and let Israel go? I know not the Lord."

This statement earned him the dismissal of his army, along with many other sufferings such as the death of the Egyptians' first-born.

The tongue is a small part of our body, but it can lead to destruction, it can destroy...
Watching your tongue is a form of wisdom.

May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you abundantly.
