Lumière Matinale - I've got my hopes up!

I have put my hope in the Lord, and he has bowed down to me, he has heard my cry. He brought me out of the pit of destruction, out of the depths of the mire; he set my feet on the rock, he established my steps. Amen.

This passage from Psalms 40:2-3 is a reminder of God's grace. No matter how deep we find ourselves in the pit of destruction or the depths of mud, God is always there to hear our cries and help us find our way back to Him.

He places our feet on solid ground, and gives us a firm foundation on which to stand. It's a promise that He will never abandon us, even in our darkest hour. Amen! Glory to you, Lord!

LORD, thank you for your kindnesses renewed in my life, in Jesus' name. Amen!
