God is able

There are times in life when you feel that nothing is going right, you want to move forward, but there's opposition...

God is able to get you to the end of the road.

Nehemiah 4: 1_3 , 4_5

It reads: 1 When Sanballat heard that we were rebuilding the wall, he was angry and very wroth. He mocked the Jews, 2 and said before his brothers and the soldiers of Samaria: What are these helpless Jews working at? Will we let them? Will they sacrifice? Will they finish? Will they restore life to stones buried under heaps of dust and consumed by fire?

3 Tobiah the Ammonite was beside him, and he said, "Let them only build! If a fox runs up, it will topple their stone wall!

4 Hear, O our God, how we are despised! Bring down their insults on their heads, and give them over to the plunder of a land where they are captives. 5 Do not forgive their iniquity, nor let their sin be blotted out from before you; for they have offended those who build.

We have in this portion of scripture the story of Nehemiah who took it upon himself to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem.

In this work, he would encounter opposition from Samballat and Tobija... who did not want the walls to be rebuilt.

Despite much opposition, Nehemiah and his team stood firm. And the walls were rebuilt.

God is capable of bringing you to the end of your journey. You just have to trust Him completely.

Those who put their trust in the Lord renew their strength.

Bless you in the name of Jesus Christ!
