Isaiah 12 Song of deliverance

1 In that day you will say, "I praise you, O Lord! For you were angry with me; Your wrath was appeased, and you comforted me. 2 Behold, God is my deliverance; I will be full of confidence, and will fear nothing; For the LORD, the LORD is my strength and the subject of my praise; It is he who has saved me.

3 You will gladly draw water from the springs of salvation, 4 And you will say in that day: Praise the LORD, call upon his name, Declare his works among the peoples, Remember the greatness of his name! 5 Celebrate the LORD, for he has done magnificent things: Let them be known throughout the earth!
6 Shout for joy and rejoice, O inhabitant of Zion! For great is the Holy One of Israel in your midst.

We're always on the lookout for signs of hope

In a time of great upheaval, it's hard to stay true to your convictions. It can be easy to doubt and wonder if the Lord is really with us, but God's presence is evident in everything we do if only we remain open and look through a lens of faith and trust.

This day calls for celebration, as we recognize and praise God's amazing works that extend to all the peoples of this earth. Let us contemplate with joy how God has appeared to be our salvation, comfort us, give us strength, and be our praise and glory.

Let us always look for signs of hope by remembering and acknowledging the greatness of His name. As inhabitants of Zion, let us shout for joy and be filled with the excitement of experiencing the Lord's closeness to one another.
