The desert is an important stage in the life of every Christian, for it is where God forms us and prepares us for our earthly mission. It's a time of deep intimacy with our Creator, where we can reflect on our life, our goals, and our relationship with God. Only then can we be ready to fulfill the mission God has entrusted to us.

3. The desert produces a blessing

The desert is also a time of blessing. After going through this difficult time, God can fill us with his anointing and use us powerfully to bless our generation. Joseph passed through the desert of prison before being elevated as governor of Egypt and becoming a source of blessing for all the people of Israel. Like Joseph, our elevation must reach the level of source, and the desert is the necessary step to get there.

The desert may seem difficult to cross, but it's a vital stage in our Christian journey. It's in the desert that we learn to surrender to God and trust him in all circumstances. It's also where we are formed and prepared for our mission on earth.
