A Season for every Activity

What is has already been, and what will be has already been, and God brings back what is past. Ecclesiastes 3:15

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to demolish and a time to build, a time to cry and a time to laugh, a time to weep and a time to dance...

There is a season for everything, and a purpose for everything under heaven. For us mere mortals, it can be hard to understand why things happen the way they do, but we must remember that God is sovereign. He knows the beginning and the end, and His ways are not our ways.

In times of sadness, we may wonder why He allows bad things to happen, but we must trust that He works all things together for our good. The Bible tells us that He will bring back what is past, the good and the bad, so that we can learn from it and grow.

So let's listen to his voice in dark moments, when all seems lost. Let us take comfort in his promises, and trust that he is doing everything for our good.

Lord, the time is yours. And teach us your patience and help us to understand your ways, Lord, may glory return to you in all things and glory to your name for ever and ever.

Amen!
