God lives in me

Looking for a way to feel closer to God? Look no further! We can find God's presence in the most unlikely of places, even in the depths of your own heart. When we have a personal relationship with Him, we'll be amazed at how much our friendship with Him strengthens. So let's open our hearts and allow Him to fill us with His immense love.

The temple is one thing, the Church another. Church refers to all those who gather in the name of Jesus Christ and are born again, while temple refers to the place, the house under which the Church gathers. The universal Church represents all worshippers in Christ, of the Lord Jesus Christ scattered throughout the world. So, when we speak of the Church, we are speaking of all Christians throughout the world. " (1Corinthians 3:16) Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?"

A temple, on the other hand, is just a physical place. It may be beautiful and have a rich history, but at the end of the day, it's just bricks and mortar. The true heart of a faith lies in its people, not its buildings. That's why the Church will always be more important than any temple.

If together we form a Church, but considered individually, we are God's temple. "The God who made the world and everything in it does not dwell in temples made with hands." (Acts 17:24) God's temple is our heart, our body. This gives us a very great responsibility over our own bodies to keep them clean, healthy and holy.

"If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is holy, and that's what you are." (1Corinthians. 3:17) This body is not ours to do with as we please. It is God's temple. God lives within us. He sees with our eyes, listens with our ears, knows our thoughts - in short, he knows everything about us. He's there with us, everywhere.

We are called to be God's temple. This means we must respect our bodies and not abuse them. When we take care of our bodies, we also take care of God's temple. As believers, we have the Holy Spirit living inside us, and he sees everything we do. Let us honor him by caring for the temple in which he lives. So that we can live a holy life. Do we treat our bodies with the respect they deserve?

God in us is good news for those who sincerely adore him, but bad news for robbers.
