A Hidden King, A Revealed Faith
Have you ever felt forgotten, ignored or unimportant? You're not alone. But the birth of Jesus Christ reminds us that God often chooses the humble to accomplish great things.
When our Savior came into the world, he was not born in a majestic palace, but in a simple stable in Bethlehem. "And you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, small among the thousands of Judah, from you will come forth for me the One who will rule over Israel, whose origin goes back to ancient times, to the days of eternity..." (Micah 5:2).
Bethlehem, an insignificant town in the eyes of men, was nevertheless chosen to welcome the King of kings. In contrast, King Herod lived in opulence and sought to consolidate his earthly power. But the Kingdom of God doesn't work like the kingdoms of this world.
God chooses humility over greatness.
"He has put down the mighty from their thrones, and exalted the lowly." (Luke 1:52)
God calls us to faith rather than fear.
"Blessed are those who have not seen, but have believed!" (John 20:29)
God teaches us to believe in his promise of eternal life.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)

Faith in Jesus: A Precious Gift
The birth of the Lord Jesus Christ is much more than a simple celebration. It's the fulfillment of God's promise, a demonstration of His infinite love for us. He sent Jesus to save us and give us eternal life.
"He that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. (John 11:25)
This truth invites us to :
Trusting God, even when we feel forgotten.
Have faith in His plan, for He transforms the little into much.
Live in His goodness, for He has given us the greatest gift of all: Jesus Christ.
God can make great things out of seemingly insignificant things. He forgets no one. He is the God who sees, loves and lifts up.
In this season of faith and hope, remember: God is writing a great story with your life.
May your faith grow in the One who gives true life!
