The armor of God

God has always provided a protective force to watch over His children. This armor is impenetrable, and can be accessed in the most direct way possible: by petitioning Him through prayer, or by meditating on the Holy Scriptures. The Bible speaks abundantly of the weapons that will never fail those who trust in the Creator: "He is also called the Mighty Warrior, the Lord of Hosts".

It's written, "The Lord will fight for me," which gives you peace when everything else seems uncertain (Psalm 37:23).

The armor of God surpasses all visible and invisible forces. It protects those who put it on by faith, and makes them even stronger! What is this strength? It's the Word of God. The word of God is both sword and shield for our minds and souls. The Word of God is Spirit and life!

Spiritual armor is a protective force that God offers to shield us from spiritual dangers. When we feel threatened or tempted, we need to use our faith, which comes from God's word about us, as protection. By prayerfully warding off temptation, we get help from our Holy Father!

The Bible talks about what happens when we are attacked by someone or something external. "But the Christian need not fear. His salvation is already his.

Spiritual armor protects us from diabolical attacks, day and night.

No, it's not against human beings that we have to fight. It's against very powerful forces that have authority and power. We must fight against the powers that rule the night world, against the evil spirits that dwell between heaven and earth.

We must clothe ourselves with the word of God to fight against the forces of evil that seek to control and destroy humanity.

They are very powerful beings who occupy positions of authority in society, government or elsewhere. They have many privileges that give them power over the lives of others!

(Ephesians 6:12-18) Therefore, take up all the weapons of God. Then, in the bad days, you'll be able to resist. And after a good struggle, you'll be left standing.

So stand up! Take truth as your belt, put on justice as your breastplate. Take as your sandals the ardor to proclaim the Good News of peace. Always and everywhere, take the shield of faith. With it, you can extinguish the burning arrows of the spirit of evil.

Receive also the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Holy Spirit, that is, the word of God. Pray without ceasing.

Make all your prayers and requests through the Holy Spirit! Be attentive and always pray faithfully for all Christians.

The Lord will guide our steps and protect us as long as we belong to Him. Let's not forget that! Let us never forget that while we pray prayers of perseverance, prayers of opportunity and prayers of thanksgiving in the name of his son Jesus Christ with the help of the Holy Spirit, the Lord of hosts will guard us, answer our prayers, and defend us from all evil in the face of all our visible and invisible enemies!
