The Apocalypse
The Apocalypse is presented as a revelation from Jesus Christ to his servant John during a (forced) stay? on the island of Patmos.
It is traditionally believed to have been written by this disciple and apostle of Jesus during the persecution unleashed against Christians by the emperor Domitian, around 95 AD.
Addressed to seven churches in Asia Minor, it evokes the victory of Jesus Christ despite the opposition of men and the devil.
(1 Thessalonians 5.28) May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
