The Goodness of the Lord
My deepest thanks and gratitude to the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall want for nothing. Powerfully armed and protected by Him against death. He makes me rest in green pastures. His compassions never cease to fill me. He leads me beside still waters. He himself is a light for the nations (Psalms23).
The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want. The most important thing in this world is to be grateful for what you are, and for what you have received from God's grace. And, the most important thing is that you're still alive. As long as there's life, there's hope. And God directs me to peaceful waters and restores my soul. God's word delivers, liberates, saves and invigorates.
So I'm going to go out on a limb and tell everyone that if we were grateful enough, nothing would seem too difficult! It can make all the difference between being content with our lives or striving for something greater. Let's simply be grateful to God, to our family and to others.
I am so grateful to the Lord Jesus Christ for the life he gave on the cross so that we could all be saved.
God is so good! Out of love, He saved us with His Precious Blood. The Redeemer's death and resurrection are enough to make anyone grateful. I am grateful to the Lord for his grace. We have all been saved and can be reconciled to God today through faith in Him.
Are we sufficiently grateful to God?
