God can lift you up
Paul was preaching Christ. A man lame from birth who had never walked was listening attentively. This man was listening to the word of God, he had put his faith in what he was hearing.
This man stood up, because Paul had commanded him to do so. The most important thing here is that this man had placed his faith in what he was listening to. This morning, God is saying to you, stand up straight where you are lame, stand up straight in the name of Jesus Christ.
Nothing is impossible before God. He is the God of your impossibilities.
I don't know what you were born with, but believe that God is greater than your challenges.
(Acts14:8-11) It is written: "At Lystra there sat a man who was impotent in his feet, lame from birth, and who had never walked. He was listening to Paul speak. And Paul, fixing his eyes on him and seeing that he had faith to be healed, said with a loud voice: Stand up straight on your feet. And he leapt to his feet and walked.
When the crowd saw what Paul had done, they raised their voices and said in the Lycaonian language, "The gods in human form have come down to us.
The God who freed this man from his infirmity will free you as you read these words.
Rise up and proclaim your freedom. Believe it and you will see it fulfilled.
