Happy Easter!

Easter means "crossing" or passover in English.
In fact, this festival was established by God himself when he decided to deliver Israel from the hands of Pharaoh.

(Exodus 12:1-14)
God asks each family to take a lamb without blemish... Who was to be slain...

And the blood of this lamb was to be applied to the lintels of the doors. This blood was to serve as a sign, and the angel of death was to pass over the houses of the Israelites.

Today, Jesus Christ is our Pascal lamb, today we no longer need another lamb Jesus Christ having given himself up for us, when Jesus Christ cries out at the Cross all is accomplished in (John 19:30), it was for your deliverance.

Easter is the remembrance of the work accomplished by the Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross of Calvary.
This Passover summarizes the historical facts of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

It's a complete message that reassures us of our redeemed position. Our faith would be in vain if Christ had not risen from the dead.
