In the Bible, sanctification is a process that begins when we repent of our sins and put our faith in Jesus Christ.\n<p><strong>He washes away our sins and makes us new creations (2 Corinthians 5:17). We are then called to lead a holy life, living in the world but not of it. According to God's Word.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce processus de sanctification se poursuit tout au long de notre vie, \u00e0 mesure que nous grandissons dans notre relation avec Dieu. En lisant la Bible et en passant du temps en pri\u00e8re et en faisant de bonnes actions pour la gloire de Dieu, nous sommes transform\u00e9s par la puissance de l&rsquo;Esprit-Saint. Nous ressemblons davantage au Christ et moins \u00e0 notre ancien que moi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le but de la sanctification est de se conformer \u00e0 l&rsquo;image du Christ (Romains 8:29). Lorsque nous atteindrons le ciel, nous serons compl\u00e8tement sanctifi\u00e9s &#8211; parfaits, ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 rendus parfaits en sa pr\u00e9sence (1 Jean 3:2). D&rsquo;ici l\u00e0, nous continuons \u00e0 grandir dans notre saintet\u00e9 en le suivant de tout notre c\u0153ur, de toute notre \u00e2me, de tout notre esprit et de toute notre force.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La sanctification est un processus qui commence au moment o\u00f9 nous mettons notre foi en J\u00e9sus-Christ et se poursuit jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que nous atteignions le ciel. Notre objectif devrait \u00eatre de cro\u00eetre en saintet\u00e9 chaque jour, en le suivant de tout notre c\u0153ur, de toute notre \u00e2me, de tout notre esprit et de toute notre force.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes aussi appel\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre des saints parce que notre Dieu est Saint. Et, ce processus qui consiste \u00e0 devenir semblable au Christ commence dans cette vie. Cela demande des efforts de notre part, mais cela en vaut la peine, car nous savons que lorsque nous atteindrons le ciel, nous serons compl\u00e8tement sanctifi\u00e9s &#8211; parfaits en sa pr\u00e9sence.
