\n\t\tGood things come in threes!\n\t<\/h1>\n\tAbandon your problems to God, stop stressing, God has the solution!
\nHow to Find Favor with God (Daniel 1:1\u201321).\nThe first chapter of the Book of Daniel is full of lessons, but the Spirit is helping us to be edified by two aspects for now:
\nA well-watered plant grows well and bears fruit: This saying speaks to parents because they are responsible for their children\u2019s future. That future is shaped during their early childhood. The Scriptures declare: \u00abTrain up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it\u00bb (Proverbs 22:6).\n

Daniel presents himself as a child who benefited from very good parental guidance. This enabled him to possess the qualities the King of Babylon was looking for in a Hebrew child: healthy, wise, intelligent and well-educated Jewish children. Daniel and his three companions met these criteria perfectly.<\/p>\n

Grace attracts grace: We have an abundance of grace from the Lord. But it takes just a little effort on our part to claim it and receive it. Otherwise, it\u2019s right there for us. For Daniel, his presence in the royal palace was not an opportunity for social success to the point of forgetting his God. God comes first. Moreover, we speak of an excellent opportunity only when circumstances align with God\u2019s will. Daniel therefore had to be meticulous in everything he did so as not to offend God. He had to prioritize his relationship with God: submission and purity.<\/p>\n

He refused to defile himself with the food from the royal table. He knew that God was with him and on his side. The fear of God drives out fear and creates hope. Daniel chose God, and God could not fail to support him, just as He does for all who trust in Him. When we are faithful, the Lord saves us and showers us with His grace and blessings. Jesus said, \u00abSeek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you\u00bb (Matthew 6:33). This is a promise that is always fulfilled.<\/p>\nDaniel endured the trial because he was faithful and feared God. He kept the commandments. The Bible says, \u00abBlessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been tested, he will receive the crown of life, which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.\u00bb (James 1:12)
