\n\t\t\t Putting faith before worry\t<\/h1>\n\tTrusting God when fear of the unknown knocks at our door<\/strong>
\nWorry is one of the most natural reactions of the human heart. We worry about our children, our future, our health, our finances, our relationships... Worry seems normal, but God calls us to something greater: faith.<\/strong>\n

What is worry?<\/h4>\nWorrying is wanting to control what doesn't depend on you.
\nIt means mentally constructing a future that doesn't yet exist.
\nAnd very often, it's a form of fear of the unknown.
\nBut Jesus lovingly reminds us:
\n\u00abSo don't worry... Your heavenly Father knows what you need.\u00bb<\/strong>
\n(Matthew 6:25-26)<\/strong>
\nGod knows our needs even before we express them.
\nIt feeds the birds, dresses the flowers...
\nAnd we're infinitely more valuable than they are.
\n________________________________________\nFear of the unknown: a silent trap
\nFear of tomorrow can paralyze today.
\nIt can stifle joy, weaken faith, and distract us from what God is doing right now.
\nBut the Bible says:
\n\u00abYou will keep in perfect peace the one whose heart leans on you.\u00bb<\/strong>
\n(Isaiah 26:3)<\/strong>
\nGod doesn't promise that we'll always know the way...
\nBut He promises to be with us on the way.

What does the Bible teach us?<\/h4>\nGod's Word is full of promises for those who struggle with anxiety:
\n- \u00abCast all your cares upon him, for he himself cares for you.\u00bb<\/strong>
\n(1 Peter 5:7)<\/strong>
\n- \u00abFear not, for I am with you...I strengthen you, I come to your aid.\u00bb<\/strong>
\n(Isaiah 41:10)<\/strong>
\n- \u00abDon't worry about anything...make your needs known to God...and God's peace will guard your hearts.\u00bb<\/strong>
\n(Philippians 4:6-7)<\/strong>
\nThe Bible doesn't deny difficulties, but it does teach us where to lay them: at the Lord's feet.

How can we keep the faith and overcome anxiety?<\/h4>\n1. Acknowledge your concern before God<\/strong>
\nDon't hide what you feel. God wants to hear your truth.<\/strong>
\nThe Psalms are filled with prayers of anguish transformed into prayers of trust.<\/strong>
\n2. Pray regularly (even for a few minutes)<\/strong>
\nPrayer shifts the gaze:<\/strong>
\nof the problem \u2192 to God.<\/strong>
\nfrom fear \u2192 to faith.<\/strong>
\n3. Replace \u00abWhat if...\u00bb with \u00abGod said...\u00bb.\u00bb<\/strong>
\nFaith is based on a Word, not a hypothesis.<\/strong>
\n\u00abHeaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.\u00bb<\/strong>
\n(Matthew 24:35)<\/strong>
\n4. Live one day at a time<\/strong>
\nJesus said:<\/strong>
\n\u00abAll in a day's work.\u00bb<\/strong>
\n(Matthew 6:34)<\/strong>
\nGod gives you grace day by day, not week by week.<\/strong>
\n5. Surround yourself with people who strengthen your faith<\/strong>
\nWorry isolates, but faith is activated by contact with other believers.<\/strong>
\n6. Reread your past victories<\/strong>
\nIf God delivered you yesterday, He'll do it again today.<\/strong>
\n________________________________________\nAdvice for those who live in anxiety<\/strong>
\n- Take a breath. God is here.
\n- Talk to God like a friend.
\n- Entrust to Him what you don't control.
\n- Read a Psalm before going to sleep (Psalm 27 or 91).<\/strong>
\n- Declare peace on your house.
\n- Choose to trust, even if you don't understand everything.
\nGod controls the future. You don't need to know everything, just trust Him.
\n________________________________________\nAn encouraging Bible story:<\/strong> Stone on the water
\nIn Matthew 14, Peter walks on water as long as he keeps his eyes fixed on Jesus.
\nBut as soon as he looks at the wind and the waves... he starts to sink.
\nTeaching?
\nIt's not the storm that sinks us, it's watching it too long.
\nJesus said to him:
\n\u00abMan of little faith, why did you doubt?\u00bb<\/strong>
\nAnd He relieves him immediately.
\nLike Peter, even if you stumble... Jesus catches you.
\nAlways.
\n________________________________________\nWhat does the Church say?<\/strong>
\nThe Church teaches that worry is not a sin in itself,
\nbut a signal that we need to anchor ourselves more firmly in faith, prayer and trust.
\nPeace is not the absence of problems,
\nbut the presence of God in the midst of our problems.
\nAs Jesus said:
\n\u00abI leave you my peace, I give you my peace...\u00bb<\/strong>
\n(John 14:27)<\/strong>
\n________________________________________\nPrayer to get out of worry<\/strong>
\nEternal Father,<\/strong>
\nI place all my fears in Your hands,
\nmy worries and thoughts that weigh me down.
\nTeach me to trust you.
\nFill my heart with your peace and strengthen my faith.
\nI believe that You take care of me.
