"Be anxious for nothing; but in everything let your needs be made known to God by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."
God is our refuge, our support, and our provider. In Scripture, He is described as our "Provider" (Philippians 4:19), our "Healer" (Exodus 15:26) and our "Sustainer" (Psalm 46:2).

Jesus himself invites us to hand over our worries to him:
"Come to me, all you who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)
This verse is a direct invitation to find rest in his presence. No matter how big or small our worries, we can place them in his hands. He promises to carry us and lighten us.

In Matthew 6:34, Jesus tells us:
"So don't worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will take care of itself. Each day has its own troubles.
This verse invites us to live one day at a time, relying on God's providence. He cares for the sparrows and clothes the flowers of the field; how much more will he care for us, his beloved children (Matthew 6:26-30).

Lasting peace in God's presence

In John 14:27, Jesus declares:
The peace Jesus gives us is unique. It does not depend on external circumstances, but on his constant presence with us.

Take a moment to pray

Remember: an anxiety-free life is possible with God
- God is your refuge and your provider.
- You can entrust everything to him in prayer.
- He gives you lasting peace and rest for your soul.

"Be anxious for nothing; but in everything let your needs be made known to God by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving." (Philippians 4:6)

[24

post-3681","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-enseignements-biblique
["GET
