As Christians, our identity is in Christ. But what does that mean in practical terms? The Bible teaches us that our identity is based on God\u2019s love for us as His children. 1. We are created in God\u2019s image:<\/strong><\/p>\n The Bible teaches us that we are created in God\u2019s image (Genesis 1:26\u201327). This means that we carry the divine nature within us. We have the capacity to love, to think, to create, to communicate, and to make decisions. Understanding that we are created in God\u2019s image reminds us that we have intrinsic value and that we are loved unconditionally.<\/p>\n 2. We are saved by grace :<\/strong><\/p>\n As Christians, we are saved by grace (Ephesians 2:8\u20139).
