Les paroles de Paul dans 2 Corinthiens 12 :10 sont un paradoxe. Nous ne consid\u00e9rons pas souvent les \u00e9preuves et les difficult\u00e9s de la vie comme un signe de force ou de joie. Notre culture c\u00e9l\u00e8bre seulement les gens physiquement, financi\u00e8rement et mentalement forts. Il est facile d’\u00e9lever ceux qui r\u00e9ussissent et qui sont talentueux.<\/strong><\/p>\nHowever, Paul says that God acts differently with those who follow him. Instead of seeking out the most talented and strongest, God likes to use those who are weak, humble and neglected.
\nOur natural success and talents can sometimes blind us to the fact that we can no longer see our own strengths and weaknesses.\n

imperfections et nos manquements… Cela peut malheureusement emp\u00eacher Dieu d’agir dans notre vie. Mais lorsque nous sommes faibles et impuissants, nous devenons alors mall\u00e9ables et plus dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 nous en remettre \u00e0 Dieu.<\/p>\n

C’est la raison pour laquelle Paul dit qu’il prend plaisir aux difficult\u00e9s, \u00e0 la pers\u00e9cution et \u00e0 l’\u00e9preuve. En effet, c’est dans ces moments que Dieu peut \u00eatre notre force et notre joie. Dieu forme notre caract\u00e8re dans les moments difficiles.<\/p>\n

Paul n’\u00e9tait pas un orateur ou un \u00e9crivain naturellement dou\u00e9, et pourtant Dieu a puissamment travaill\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 sa faiblesse pour produire des discours et des lettres extraordinaires qui, aujourd’hui, font partie des \u00c9critures. La force de Dieu a \u0153uvr\u00e9 \u00e0 travers la faiblesse de Paul pour accomplir des choses que Paul ne pouvait faire par lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n

Cette perspective change notre fa\u00e7on de vivre. C’est dans les moments d’angoisse, de faiblesse ou de difficult\u00e9 que Dieu veut \u00eatre notre force. C’est dans les moments de pers\u00e9cution et d’\u00e9preuves que Dieu fait quelques-unes de ses plus profondes \u0153uvres dans nos vies. Si nous sommes en relation avec Lui et que nous d\u00e9pendons de sa force, Il sera avec nous dans les moments de faiblesse. Il promet d’\u00eatre notre force au milieu des difficult\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
