\nForgiveness is a key element of any healthy relationship with God or with others. When we forgive, we free ourselves from the burden of anger and hatred that can weigh heavily on us spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. As the Apostle Paul wrote in Colossians 3:13, \u00abBear with one another and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone\u00bb (NIV). \u201d God desires that we show grace to one another, for He first showed grace to us when He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to earth as a sacrifice for our sins.\nHow can we practice forgiveness?<\/strong>
\nWhen someone wrongs us or we feel anger toward them, it can be difficult to find the strength within ourselves to forgive them.
