It was honest in its prayers to God, confiding its feelings without pretense in times of adversity.<\/p>\n In response to Israel's prayers, God spoke through prophecies. He comforted His people and restored their hope. He reminded them of His promises and the unchanging nature of His character.<\/p>\nEven though we sometimes feel that God has abandoned us, we know from His promises that He is always with us. Even in the worst moments of loneliness or the most troubled times, God stands by our side. He is our companion on every stage of our lives. Today, take time to pray to God. If you feel that He is distant, ask Him to draw near to you. If you feel weak, ask Him to strengthen you. He promises to support you, so believe in His promises. Continue to build a relationship with God and seek His presence. \nNot only is He with us, but He also promises to strengthen and help us when we go through difficult times. When we feel we no longer have the strength to carry on, God gives us His own strength.\nGod provides us with the help we need to live according to his will. He does not promise to give us his strength to do whatever we want, but he gives us the courage and power we need to continue moving forward according to his plans for our lives.
\nThat is why we should rely on God's promises and trust Him in the midst of adversity. We should believe that He will equip and strengthen us, no matter what trial we face.\n
