Lorsque la vie nous lance une balle courbe, il peut \u00eatre difficile de trouver la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la paix dont nous avons besoin pour naviguer \u00e0 travers. Nous pouvons nous sentir seuls au monde, perdus et vuln\u00e9rables. Mais la Bible nous rappelle qu’il existe un rocher, un lieu de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de s\u00fbret\u00e9, sur lesquels nous pouvons nous appuyer lorsque la vie nous fait subir des incertitudes.<\/p>\n
Exode 33 :1 nous dit : \u00ab L’\u00c9ternel dit : Voici un lieu pr\u00e8s de moi ; tu te tiendras sur le rocher. \u00bb Ce passage parle de l’amour et de la sollicitude de Dieu pour son peuple. Il s’agit d’un message d’espoir : peu importe \u00e0 quel point nos circonstances peuvent sembler accablantes, Dieu nous fournira toujours un endroit s\u00fbr sur lequel nous pourrons nous tenir.<\/p>\nThe Bible gives us numerous examples of God's protection and favor toward his people throughout its pages.
\nIl leur a fourni un refuge \u00e0 maintes reprises, m\u00eame lorsqu’ils \u00e9taient confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des obstacles insurmontables ou \u00e0 des situations apparemment impossibles. Par exemple, lorsque David a affront\u00e9 Goliath au combat, il savait qu’il ne pourrait pas le vaincre seul, mais il savait aussi que Dieu \u00e9tait avec lui \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du chemin (1 Samuel 17).\n
Dans un autre cas, lorsque Daniel a \u00e9t\u00e9 jet\u00e9 dans la fosse aux lions par le roi Darius, il a fait confiance \u00e0 Dieu, car il savait qu’il le prot\u00e9gerait (Daniel 6). Ces deux histoires montrent comment la confiance dans l’amour et la puissance de Dieu nous donne une base in\u00e9branlable pour affronter tout ce que la vie nous envoie.<\/p>\n
Savoir que nous avons un rocher omnipr\u00e9sent sur lequel nous appuyer nous permet d’affronter plus facilement les d\u00e9fis de la vie, car cela nous rappelle que, peu importe ce qui se passe autour de nous ou si les choses semblent incertaines, Dieu est toujours avec nous et nous apporte force et conseils tout au long du chemin.<\/p>\nAs Christians, if we put our faith in him and entrust our lives to him, he will bring us the security and peace we need to get through any situation.
