The answer is simple: by faith. And the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20<\/strong> tells us that it is no longer we who live, but the Christ who lives in us<\/strong>. And that is why this life no longer concerns us\u2014it concerns Him.<\/p>\n Living by faith<\/strong><\/p>\n So what does it mean to live by faith? <\/strong><\/p>\n This means living a life submitted to Christ and trusting Him in everything. It means following His example and obeying His commandments. It means living a life of surrendering our own will and submitting to His lordship. In short, it means placing our trust in Him rather than in ourselves. And when we do that, we find true freedom and true joy.<\/p>\n Dying to oneself<\/strong><\/p>\n Of course, living by faith also means dying to oneself.<\/strong> We can't go on living our lives for ourselves if we want to follow Christ. We must be willing to die to our old ways of thinking and living. We have to be willing to give up our own plans and dreams in favor of his plans and dreams for our lives. But when we do this, we discover that his plans are so much better than anything we could have imagined on our own!<\/p>\n Following Christ isn't easy.<\/strong> This means letting go of our old ways of life and submitting to His lordship.
